How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of Samsung, one of the world leaders in the electronics industry.
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, mails and chats. You'll be consulting clients on their questions about Samsung products, solving technical issues as well as documenting the necessary information in our databases.
For you to flourish in this role, the most important thing is to be open to communication and to have the motivation to deliver good customer service ⭐
And to be able to help our customers, you need to be fluent in Latvian and have good Russian and English (spoken and written).
